The value of good customer service...

I had a really terrible experience today in which I received some of the worst customer service ever. It really affected me for the rest of that day! Today, fresh from receiving wonderful customer service, I am able to really reflect on how important it is for me to keep front of mind how I interact with not only my clients, but my vendors as well. Treating others with respect, kindness and quality service is so important. I am glad I am able to take that lesson away from my negative experience! Here's to those who take such good care to provide great service!
